Terms of use.

These terms are an agreement between you and Dawn Again LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, operating as Tech With Tam.

They cover techwithtam.com and the optional Tech With Tam Tools connection. By using either service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. The initial Tools directory release is offered in the United States.

If you create an account, use an email address you control and keep your sign-in method private. One account is for one person unless Tech With Tam agrees otherwise in writing.

Tech With Tam publishes educational content and provides optional methods that an AI app can use to help you review or improve your work. Most tools return a method, validation result, or status. The product request tool is the only tool that saves information you submit. Access is limited to the tools actually released to your account.

Features may change, be withdrawn, or be temporarily unavailable. A feature described as planned, private, or in review is not part of the service until it is released.

• Use the service for lawful work and follow the rules of the AI provider you connect.
• Do not probe, overload, disrupt, or bypass security, sign-in, access, or usage limits.
• Do not use another person’s account or share access as a workaround.
• Do not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute gated methods or service access.
• Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
• Do not submit names, contact details, personal information, client information, confidential material, transcripts, links, passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, one-time security codes, or other secrets through the product request tool.

Your writing, conversations, and work product remain yours. The Tech With Tam site, brand, original content, and reviewed methods belong to Dawn Again LLC or its licensors.

Tech With Tam gives you a limited, personal, revocable permission to use the service and apply returned methods to your own work. It does not give you ownership of the service or permission to redistribute a method itself.

requests.submit is the only Tech With Tam tool that retains submitted content. The preview checks the request and shows you the exact title, category, desired outcome, and optional current limitation without storing that text. Confirmation requires your explicit approval of the unchanged preview within 15 minutes.

Once accepted, those screened fields are retained indefinitely in Cloudflare D1 with an account identifier that does not reveal the raw account subject, name, or email address. Tam Nguyen reviews accepted requests on a private Notion board that does not receive those account details. Rejected text is not retained, and a rejection record without the request text expires after 30 days.

Submitting a request does not promise a response, roadmap place, build, or release. You may ask support to redact one exact accepted request. Redaction removes its content and leaves only a record that it was removed. Disconnecting the Tools does not redact a request.

Tech With Tam Tools works through an AI provider such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Your use of that provider remains subject to your agreement with them.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or different across models and runs. Review the result before relying on it or publishing it. The service is educational and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Tech With Tam Tools are currently free. If Tech With Tam offers a paid product, the price, billing period, cancellation terms, and any purchase-specific refund terms will be shown before you buy. Those purchase-specific terms become part of this agreement for that purchase.

You may stop using the service at any time. You can disconnect the Tools in your AI app, revoke the server-side authorization from your Tech With Tam account, or remove the app or connector.

These connection controls do not redact an accepted product request. Use the support path and exact request ID for a redaction request.

Tech With Tam may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech With Tam does not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Tech With Tam may update the service or these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new updated date. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
