How I work
Turn the work that depends on you into systems your team can run.
I work across operations and technology. I map how the work really happens, redesign what is slowing it down, build the right workflows and systems, and help your people put them into practice. AI is part of the answer when it earns its place. It is not the starting assumption.
Operator-level thinking, builder-level execution, and a handoff your team can own.

This work may fit when...
These are signals to investigate. The diagnostic decides what is actually happening and what should change first.
- 01
Important decisions still route through one person, and the work slows down while everyone waits.
- 02
A teammate can follow the steps, but the judgment and exceptions are still hard to teach.
- 03
AI tools produce generic output because the real context was never made visible.
- 04
Tools, automations, and documentation have accumulated without working together.
- 05
A system exists, but people do not trust it, use it, or know how to extend it.
The engagement path
Each stage creates the context for the next. Exact scope, outputs, access, and terms belong in the approved proposal and agreement.
01
Fit conversation
We start with a free 30-minute call to understand what is stuck and decide whether a paid diagnostic is the right next step. The call does not include a roadmap or scoped recommendation.
02
Choose a path and diagnose
You can purchase the paid diagnostic on its own or choose a three-month implementation engagement upfront, with the diagnostic included as its first phase. In either path, we begin with the wider operating landscape, then choose one or two core workflows for deeper review.
Most diagnostics are expected to take two to four weeks. Final timing depends on scope and client participation.
03
Roadmap and decision
The priorities become a 30 to 90 day roadmap in your private Academy workspace, so you can see what should happen first and why. If you purchased the diagnostic on its own, you can stop here or decide later whether to continue. Your proposal defines the exact diagnostic outputs.
04
Build, test, and train
Implementation requires a three-month minimum and includes the diagnostic when you choose implementation upfront. We build the selected priorities, test them in the real work, document the system, train the people who own it, and complete acceptance and handoff. Work may continue month to month afterward under approved terms.
What the work feels like
You stay close to the decisions that matter while the system becomes visible, testable, and easier for other people to own.
- Every implementation client receives an Academy workspace for the roadmap, priorities, progress, and training.
- The person who knows the workflow stays involved in decisions, validation, and acceptance.
- Private system access is mapped before implementation and kept to the minimum required.
- Prototype and structural testing use synthetic, sanitized, or client-approved evidence where possible.
- Implementation support uses the agreed private Slack or WhatsApp channel, with up to one weekly call when needed.
- The initial-response target for that channel is one business day. Resolution in that period is not guaranteed.
- Documentation, training, known limitations, access removal, and handoff are part of finishing the work.
What may be built
These examples make the work concrete without creating a fixed package. The diagnostic decides the build order.
- 01Operating workflows and decision systems
- 02Internal tools and automations
- 03Sales, follow-up, delivery, or reporting systems
- 04Documentation and role-specific training
- 05AI-assisted workflows that keep human approval where the risk requires it
Look at the work, not a promise.
The Work archive shows the problems, systems, outputs, and tradeoffs behind three current case files. Each one is presented as method and artifact proof, with its source boundaries kept visible.

01Is the first call free?
Yes. It is a free 30-minute fit conversation to understand what is stuck and decide whether a paid diagnostic makes sense. It does not include a roadmap, analysis, or scoped recommendation.
02What happens during the paid diagnostic?
I start with the wider operating landscape, choose one or two core workflows for deeper review, and examine the systems and evidence involved. The goal is to make the decisions, handoffs, exceptions, and failure points visible enough to set the right build order.
03How long does the diagnostic usually take?
Most diagnostics are expected to take two to four weeks. The confirmed timeline depends on the interviews, workflows, systems, artifacts, and client participation in scope.
04Can I purchase the diagnostic without implementation?
Yes. You can purchase the paid diagnostic as a standalone engagement, then stop or decide later whether to continue. You can also choose a three-month implementation engagement upfront, with the diagnostic included as its first phase. Your proposal defines the exact scope and outputs.
05What happens if I continue into implementation?
Implementation begins from the diagnostic roadmap and requires a three-month minimum. If you chose implementation upfront, the diagnostic is included as its first phase rather than charged as an extra engagement. We build the agreed priorities, test them in the real work, document the system, train its owners, and complete acceptance and handoff. Work may continue month to month afterward under approved terms.
06Why does implementation start with the diagnostic?
The diagnostic makes the real workflow and its judgment visible before anyone commits to a build order. That gives us a shared reason for what comes first and helps avoid automating the wrong part of the work.
07How much access will you need to our systems and data?
We map access before implementation and keep it to the minimum required for the agreed work. Synthetic, sanitized, or client-approved evidence is used for prototype and structural testing where possible. Your approved proposal and agreement define the exact access and data boundaries.
08How are documentation, training, and handoff handled?
They are part of finishing the work. The people who will own the system receive the documentation and training needed for the agreed scope, along with known limitations, acceptance steps, and access-removal or handoff work. Your approved documents define the exact engagement terms.
